Standard Rates:
Credit card guarantee or a deposit is required to secure your reservation, usually equivalent to 1 nights stay or 20 % of total amount.
Cancellation Policy of standard rates up to 14 days stay:
3 Days notice from date of arrival = Deposit is retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy of standard rates for long-term bookings (over 14 days stay):
21 Days or less notice from date of arrival = Deposit is retained as a cancellation fee.
12 Days or less notice from date of arrival = Half amount of Accommodation is forfeited.
7 Days or less notice from date of arrival = Full amount of Accommodation is forfeited.
