LONG TERM STAY 2013/2014
From one month stay only 695 Euro (all incl.) for 1-2 people per month (minimum stay of 2 months)

All inclusive/no additional cost:

• Water, Electricity incl.
• Cleaning twice weekly
• Linen change once a week
• NO additional cost

Children 0-2 years old - free of charge (valid up to one child)
Children under 12 years +85 Euro per months (valid up to two children)
All rates are quoted in Euro and are inclusive of VAT, Self catering.
Valid from 1.10.2013 - 30.11.2013 & from 15.04.2014 - 31.05.2014
For reservations a fee off 200 Euro is required and is non refundable.
The monthly rate has to be pre-paid every month and is non refundable.
